I.Oil-air lubrication principle

The lubricating oil is delivered directly or through a distributor to the mixer connected to the compressed air. The oil and compressed air are correctly metered and distributed to the oil and gas pipeline. The oil delivered in pulse form acts as an uninterrupted compressed air in the pipeline. Next, the lubricating oil is attached to the inner wall of the pipe to the lubrication point, and gradually forms a continuous oil film. Under the action of compressed air, the lubricating oil film is separated from the inner wall of the oil and gas pipeline by small oil droplets and sprayed into the lubrication point, so the lubrication point is lubricated, and the friction of the lubricated part is removed by the action of the compressed air, so that the lubricated part is cooled. At the same time, due to the continuous overflow of compressed air input to the lubrication part, the intrusion of dust, water or toxic gases is effectively prevented.

At present, oil and gas lubrication has been widely used in metallurgy, cement, papermaking, textile, petrochemical, power and other equipment, such as aluminum foil rolling mills, strip rolling mills, rotary kiln, ball mills, fiber machinery, chain conveyors, vibration machines, blowers, Concentrator, shredder, high-speed spinning, high-speed wire rolling mill guide roller looper and continuous casting, etc. are all lubricated with oil and gas.
