I.Conditions of Use
The double cooler is designed and manufactured according to the G B151 standard and the reference to the West German AD and the US TEMA standard. It uses all-steel and partial brass structure. The oil side working pressure is 1.6MPa, the working temperature is 150 ℃, and the water side working pressure is 1.0MPa. The temperature was 100 ° C. The product has the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, safety and reliability; it is suitable for oil cooling systems in turbo-generators, compressors, fans, pumps and petrochemical industries, but also other oil cooling systems.
II.Features
1. The data listed in the table is a two-process tubular double oil cooler. If required, a four-process, six-process, bare pipe or fin cooling pipe cooler can be selected.
2. The installation of the cooler is usually horizontal. If the user needs it, two types of vertical arrangement can be adopted, one is the water inlet chamber at the bottom and the other is the water inlet chamber at the top, which facilitates the removal of the tube bundle.
3. The flange standard of oil-water interface is according to JB / T81-94. When non-standard flanges are provided according to user requirements, piping requirements must be met.
4. According to the API 614 standard, the cooler adopts a double structure. It consists of two coolers and three-way valve devices of the same area, one working and one standby. Each cooler can bear the cooling load of the entire system. The board is fixed at one end and floating at the other end, and the detachable tube bundle and water tank cover are convenient for cleaning, inspection and maintenance during operation. The material of the cooler can be selected according to the place of use and the water system conditions. The water chamber, housing, and three-way valve can be selected from carbon steel or stainless steel, and the tube plate can be carbon steel, stainless steel or brass plate. Materials can be ordinary brass tube H68, arsenic brass tube HSn70-1A, aluminum brass tube HA177-2A, stainless steel tube 1Cr18Ni9Ti, B10, B30, etc.
5. The three-way valve is a continuous flow switching valve with a steel welded structure. This kind of valve will not cause the oil circuit to be interrupted during the failure of internal structure or valve switching. The shape is as shown in the figure.
