Conditions of use

YXQ oil flow transmitter is used for thin oil lubrication system. It can intuitively observe the oil flow condition and send out the signal of insufficient oil quantity or cut-off signal through its signaling device, so as to realize remote monitoring or control. The applicable medium for process lubrication is lubricants with viscosity grades N22 ～ N460. Diameters DN10 to 50 are threaded connections, DN80 are flanged connections, and the nominal pressure is 0.4MPa.

Precautions for use

1. The direction of oil flow should be the same as the direction indicated by the oil flow transmitter.

2. The switch must be connected to the power supply after passing the load to avoid damage to the switch.

3. If the output form needs to be normally closed or the output current has special requirements, it should be specified when ordering; if the proximity switch type is not specified, a PNP type DC three-wire type is configured.
