I. Overview

G J series pipe clamps are currently a series of comprehensive indicators in domestic pipe clamps. Dry thin oil lubrication is suitable for hydraulic, lubricating, pneumatic and high-pressure water system pipes. The working pressure of the system can reach 32M Pa; the working temperature is generally -40 ～ 80 ℃, and the high temperature can be used up to 120 ℃. There are five specifications of this kind of clamps, which are suitable for a wide range of pipe outer diameters, from Φ6 to Φ150. The material of the pipe clamp gasket is generally ordinary rubber, if other rubber is required, it should be specially proposed when ordering. If the outer diameter of the pipe clamp does not meet the series in the specification, it can be manufactured according to the order requirements. The color of the appearance of the pipe clamp is generally black paint, and special requirements should be raised in advance.

Fourth, instructions for use

1. When the pipeline is arranged on the equipment, a pipe clamp with a bottom plate can be used, and the bottom plate is directly welded to the equipment.

2. The pipeline is arranged in the trench, and there are buried parts (steel plates) on the side wall of the trench. When using a pipe clamp with a bottom plate, the bottom plate is welded to the channel steel, and the channel steel is welded to the buried steel, as shown in Figure 1. When a pipe clamp without a bottom plate is used, the pipe clamp is bolted to the channel steel, and then the channel steel is to be drilled. The pipe clamps are generally arranged in a row, and can also be staggered.

3. The pipeline is arranged along the side wall of the trench. There are embedded parts on the wall. The bottom plate of the pipe clamp is welded to the channel steel, and the channel steel is welded to the embedded part. See Figure 2.

4. The pipeline is arranged on the bracket on the side wall of the trench. The bracket is welded on the buried part. The bottom plate of the pipe clamp is welded on the bracket. When the cantilever of the pipe clamp is large, pay attention to the strength of the bracket.
