Scope of application

This series of filters use non-woven fabric as the filter medium, which can better filter the impurities in the cooling liquid, and use different specifications of non-woven fabrics to achieve the required filtration accuracy. This series of filters are suitable for grinding and other filtration of coolants that produce small particles of impurities.

Function introduction

A magnetic separator is installed on the paper filter to perform secondary filtration of the cooling liquid. While reducing the consumption of non-woven fabrics, the process is lubricated, which can improve the filtering effect. Compared with other filter machines, this combination does not need to dig a pit. This machine is equipped with a machine tool separately. It is particularly convenient. The sewage inlet is low and it can adapt to the characteristics of low sewage outlet of some machine tools.
