Function introduction

The "magnetic grid" composed of high-performance hydromagnets as the magnetic source and the surrounding strong magnetic field formed around the magnetic rods can absorb the dry and thin oil lubrication of fine ferromagnetic particles. The special structure of the magnetic rod scraping device scrapes off the foreign particles adsorbed and brought out of the liquid surface by the magnetic rod. The continuously rotating auger sends iron filings and impurities into the slag barrel through the slag discharge port.

Scope of application

Widely used in semi-fine filtration of rolling liquid in cold rolling production line of steel plate.

Suitable for semi-fine filtration of industrial coolants such as bearings, automobiles and motors.

Suitable for sintering cooling water and rust water purification treatment system.
