GJY series two-line distributor has two structural forms of unidirectional oil outlet and bidirectional oil outlet. The intelligent lubrication oiler has only the lower oil supply hole. When the piston is drained in the forward and reverse directions, the lubrication oil is supplied from the lower oil supply hole to the lubrication point. The two-way oiler has upper and lower oil supply holes, and the piston is in the reverse direction. During oil discharge, grease is supplied to the lubrication points alternately from the upper and lower oil supply holes. The oiler can directly observe the working condition of the oiler from the action of the indicating rod, and can also easily adjust the oil supply amount of each oiler port within the specified range by adjusting the screw.

The intermediate piece made of medium carbon alloy structural steel is composed of 3 to 8 pieces of intermediates according to the design requirements for the amount of oil and the number of oil outlets. In addition to the specifications of the series with a small amount of oil (including single oil outlet and double oil outlet), the middle plate of each series has an indicator type. As a metering oil supply device, under the action of alternate power supply from two oil supply main pipes, the oil supply pressure is directly controlled by the oil supply pressure control piston to complete the function of quantitatively distributing grease to the lubrication point.

The oil outlets of this series of double-line distributors are evenly distributed on the bottom surface. Both the forward and reverse movements of the distributor piston discharge grease from the same oil supply port. You can also directly observe the operation of the distributor from the action of the indicator rod. The adjustment screw conveniently adjusts the oil supply amount of each oil outlet within the specified range.
