Centralized lubrication helps to remove normally unsafe production lubrication and optimizes lubrication in terms of volume and lubrication intervals. The central lubrication system automatically supplies lubricant from a central source to a lubrication point connected to a machine or mechanical system.

Single-line lubrication system is suitable for intermittent operation of small and medium-sized machines, machine groups and multiple lubrication points on the system. In a single-line lubrication system, the distributor simultaneously delivers grease to the lubrication point. Progressive feeders deliver grease to the lubrication points sequentially.

Single-point lubrication is usually only used when there are only a few lubrication points on the machine and they are far away from each other. In this case, centralized lubrication systems are not economical.

The dual-line centralized lubrication system is designed for medium or large machines with many lubrication points, long pipelines and harsh working conditions.

Multi-line lubrication systems are in principle single-point lubricators, so intelligent lubrication points are provided by a pump and an oil reservoir. As a result, the lubrication points are all supplied with the same lubricant.

Through on-site inspection, it was found that the system was operating well, and the main parts (such as the pump station and distributor) were operating well. There is no damage to the pipe, the lubrication point is in line with the oil supply, the shaft seal is intact, no damage, no oil leakage, and some bearing sleeves have been removed. Some excess grease has been collected. The bearing is in good condition. The entire blade bearing lubrication system has good performance , The results are ideal.
