Working principle:

When the downtime counts down to zero or the system is manually triggered, the control cabinet issues a command to turn on the pump. Then turn on the intelligent lubrication pump, and the main pipeline starts to pressurize. The control cabinet meets the lubrication points that currently require grease. The smart grease dispenser receives the order and starts the grease supply cycle at the corresponding point. The flow meter monitors the grease supply at each point in real time. When the preset value is reached, the grease supply process will stop at that point. The control cabinet then meets the next point where grease is needed and repeats the above process until the entire grease supply cycle is completed. If the system fails, measures will be taken to deal with it.
