ZPU type electric lubricating pump is suitable for single and double line dry oil centralized lubrication system with high lubrication frequency, long piping length, dense lubrication points, and nominal pressure of 40MPa, as a conveying device for supplying lubricant. Can also be equipped with a mobile trolley, high-pressure hose, grease gun and cable to form a mobile electric lubrication pump device, used for low lubrication frequency, few lubrication points, large oil supply, and it is not convenient to use centralized lubrication for single machine lubricating.

The pump is a single-port electric lubrication pump driven by a reduction gear motor to discharge the lubricant. There are three types of displacement specifications, which can be conveniently composed of low-intensity centralized lubrication systems according to different needs; the dry oil centralized lubrication composed of it has the characteristics of long delivery distance and small oil supply pipe diameter.

1. It should be installed in a place where the ambient temperature is suitable and there is less dust, which is convenient for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, disassembly and washing and fat replenishment.

2. It should be arranged in the center of the system as much as possible to shorten the piping length of the system and maintain a low pressure drop so that the pump can generate pressure sufficient to overcome the back pressure at the lubrication point.

3. A certain amount of smart lubricant should be added before the first use, and the pump should be run for a few minutes before adding grease in a closed manner from the grease filling port.

4. When the motor reducer is first used for three months, it must be supplemented with an appropriate amount of 3 # aluminum disulfide lubricant from the exhaust plug hole, and then replenished every four months.

5. The pump is an indoor installation type. When it is used outdoors or in harsh environments, protective measures must be taken.

        1. When ordering an electric lubrication pump moving device with a trolley, the required hose length and cable length must be specified in the contract.

2. The electric lubricating pump has a short time interval working system. If the user needs to work continuously for a long time, please specify in the contract.
