The lubricating device can also be equipped with a mobile electric lubricating pump device consisting of a moving trolley, hose, oil gun and cable for use in a single machine with low oiling frequency, few lubrication points, large oiling quantity and inconvenient to use centralized lubrication. For mobile oil supply, the oil storage tank is also equipped with an automatic oil level alarm device. If equipped with a corresponding electrical control box, it can also realize automatic control and monitor the system.

1. The pump should be installed in a place where the ambient temperature is appropriate and there is little dust, which is convenient for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, disassembly and washing, and convenient for fat replenishment.

2. Place it in the center of the system as much as possible, shorten the length of the piping, and maintain a low pressure drop, so that the pump can generate enough pressure to overcome the resistance of the intelligent lubrication point.

3. Before use, fill 50 # mechanical oil into the reduction box to the height specified in the oil standard.

4. The setting pressure of the pressure regulating valve can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 0 ~ 40MPa, and it is not allowed to exceed the nominal pressure of the pump by 40MPa during use.

5. The filter in the collecting valve body should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage.

6. If the pressure of the system reaches about 50 MPa due to some kind of failure, the fuse will break. To find out the reason, load a new fuse after troubleshooting.

7. To add grease to the oil reservoir, you must add it from the grease filling port of the oil reservoir using an electric refueling pump.

8. The pump is an indoor installation type. When it is used outdoors or in harsh environments, protective measures must be taken.
