Double-row electric grease pump is composed of electric lubricating pump, reversing valve, pipeline accessories, etc. There are two electric lubricating pumps installed on the same base for dry thin oil lubrication. Automatic switching, the circuit of the running pump is connected through the reversing valve, which does not affect the normal operation of the system. The operation of the lubrication pump is controlled by the electronic control system. It has the characteristics of high pressure, large flow, long-distance fat delivery, safety and reliability.

        This product should be installed indoors, in a dry place with little dust and little vibration, and fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. There should be room for operation around it. The installation position should be convenient for grease replenishment, debugging, inspection, disassembly and maintenance.

Before use, lubricating oil (recommended industrial gear oil N220) must be injected into the reducer cavity of the plunger pump to reach the position of the red line of the oil level gauge. Generally, the intelligent lubrication pump should be replaced with lubricant after 200 hours of initial work, and then periodically replaced with new oil every 2000 hours, and the oil quality should be checked frequently. If the oil quality is found to be deteriorated, the replacement cycle should be shortened.

To fill the oil reservoir with grease, you must use a grease pump from the grease supply port. The grease used should be clean and free of impurities, dirt, dust, bubbles, etc.

The direction of rotation of the electric lubrication pump is the same as the direction indicated by the arrow. Pay attention to this when wiring the motor.

The standard setting pressure of the relief valve is 20MPa.
