1.Overview

It is especially suitable for places with sufficient air sources and explosion-proof requirements that electric lubrication pumps should not be used. The pump has high output pressure, large flow, and stable operation. It can realize long-distance transportation without the need of an overflow safety valve in the system pipeline.

2.Technical Parameters

Applicable medium: 1 / 10mm grease (NLGI 0 # -2 #) with penetration of 265 ～ 385 (25 ℃, 150g) and lubricating oil with viscosity grade greater than N68; applicable ambient temperature: -20 ～ 80 ℃

3.Essentials of use

1. The pump should be installed on a special barrel cover (200L barrel cover is supplied by the company), and the pump tube is inserted vertically into the 200L oil barrel.

2. The air supply pipe must be equipped with an air source to handle three major items.

3. The oil outlet pipe of the pneumatic lubrication pump must be equipped with a check valve.

4. When using 2 # grease or high consistency lubricating oil, the oil drum must be equipped with oil pressure plate.

5. It is recommended that the air supply volume should be adjusted within the range of 40-50 times / min. It is strictly prohibited to use more than 60 times / min to avoid damage to the internal moving parts.
