Applicable to large-scale dry oil centralized lubrication systems, as oil supply equipment that uses centralized filling and filling devices in the reservoirs of many lubrication pump stations. The pump has high output pressure and large flow, which expands the range of centralized filling and filling, and greatly shortens the time required for filling.

2.Technical Parameters

Applicable medium is 265 ~ 385 (25 ℃, 150g) 1 / 10mm grease (NLGI 0 # ~ 2 #), and intelligent lubricating oil with viscosity grade greater than N68; applicable ambient temperature -20 ℃ ～ 80 ℃

3.Essentials of use

1. With the bracket (provided by the user) as the support, fix the pneumatic pump on the bracket with four M16 bolts, and the plunger pump tube is vertically inserted into the oil in the oil tank.

2. The air supply pipe must be equipped with three major sources of air processing (filtering, decompression, oil mist device).

3. The medium used must be within the specified viscosity range.

4. The oil pump of the pneumatic pump must be connected with a check valve.

5. It is recommended to adjust the air supply volume at the pump working frequency not exceeding 40 times / min.

6. When using 2 # grease, it is recommended to add an oil pan in the fuel tank to avoid the pump from being sucked due to the poor fluidity of the grease.

7, the exhaust port is equipped with a muffler (user-supplied, interface Rc1 / 2).
