1. This type of single-line dry oil pump should be installed in an environment where the ambient temperature is suitable and there is less dust, which is convenient for grease replenishment, adjustment, inspection, maintenance, etc.

2. Add 1 liter of No. 50 mechanical oil to the reduction box before use.

3. For replenishing oil into the oil reservoir, you must use the SJB-D60 manual refueling pump or the DJB-200 electric refueling pump. Add it from the oil filler of the oil reservoir. It is strictly prohibited to start the dry oil pump when there is no grease in the oil reservoir.

4. Connect the motor in accordance with the rotation direction on the motor blade cover, and do not reverse it.

5. The filter at the filler should be cleaned regularly.

6. The pressure regulating valve on the pump body can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0-10MPa, and it is not allowed to exceed the nominal pressure of the pump by 10MPa during use.

7. When the pump has pressure fluctuations and the oil supply is abnormal, you can unscrew the bleed screw on the pump body, wait for the air to discharge, and then tighten the bleed screw when the grease normally overflows outward.
