5.working principle

        The horizontally installed reduction motor drives the eccentric to rotate, which drives the slider and the draw bar to reciprocate up and down. The action of the piston and the check valve in the cap completes the process of sucking oil and is sent out through the oil transfer hose.

1. Before use, unscrew the oil plug above the casing and add No. 50 mechanical oil to the specified oil level.

2. The conveyed medium must be clean, uniform in texture and within the specified viscosity range.

3. The filter at the outlet should be cleaned regularly.

4. Do not run dry without oil in the barrel.

5. The motor reducer must be replenished with an appropriate amount of 3 # molybdenum disulfide smart grease from the exhaust plug hole for the first three months, and then replenish it every four months.
