1. Before use, unscrew the oil plug above the casing and add No. 50 mechanical oil to the specified oil level.

2. Rotate the wire in the direction of the arrow.

3. The smart lubricant delivered must be clean, uniform in texture and within the specified viscosity range.

4. The nominal pressure of the pump is 3MPa, which has been adjusted at the factory, and no further adjustment is necessary.

5. When leaving the factory, the inner diameter of the hose is Φ13, and the external connection thread is M33 × 2. If the connection thread of the lubrication pump filler port is M32 × 3, use a spare transition joint.

6. The pump is equipped with a low-level alarm device. After the alarm, the oil barrel should be filled with grease in time.

1. No oil discharge:

a. There is air in the lubricant, loosen the exhaust valve to exhaust the air in the lubricant, and tighten the exhaust valve.

b. The oil suction port is stuck to the impurities. Do not suck or pressurize the oil.

2. Low oil pressure:

a. Check whether the check valve in the pump is jammed or damaged, and clean or replace the check valve.

b. Check whether there are leaks in the seals and pipe joints, replace the seals and tighten the joints.
