1. The distributor is a single-plunger multi-piece combination structure, and each piece has two oil outlets, which are divided into four forms: JPQ1, JPQ2, JPQ3, and JPQ4.

① Each type of distributor is generally based on a single chip combination with the same rated oil supply. When needed, a single chip with a different rated oil amount can also be combined.

② For the JPQ4 type combination, a control piece is required. This piece has no oil supply port.

③Two or more adjacent oil supply ports can be combined into one oil supply port, and the oil supply amount of this oil supply port is the sum of the rated oil supply amounts of all the combined oil supply ports.

2. JPQ1 and JPQ2 distributors are used in series in the system, and JPQ3 and JPQ4 distributors are used in parallel in the system.

3. The distributor is equipped with a movement indicating rod for observing the working condition of the distributor. A limit switch can also be installed as needed to control and monitor the dry thin oil lubrication system.
