1.Overview

JPQ-L series single-line progressive distributors are used as secondary distributors in dual-line dry oil centralized lubrication systems. The grease output after quantitative distribution by the two-line distributor is input to the single-line progressive distributor for secondary distribution and sent to each lubrication point. This type of distributor has oil outlets on the left and right sides, and a check valve is installed in the oil outlet, which can still reliably supply oil under the condition of high back pressure at the dry thin oil lubrication point and long oil supply pipe. The outlet of the same valve body is equipped with two types, and the number of oil outlets is combined through the assembly block to increase the oil supply volume and facilitate system piping. Suitable for the occasions with dense lubrication points and the same oil supply. From the working condition of the dual-line distributor of the first stage, it can be determined whether the progressive distributor of the second stage operates or not, which is convenient for inspection.

1. If any oil supply port is blocked, the whole distributor will not work.

2. When it is necessary to double the amount of oil supply or reduce the number of oil supply ports, please use the assembly block, which needs to be ordered separately: T320-2.
