1.Overview

       The JPQ (D) progressive distributor consists of a first block A, a working block M, and a tail block E. The number of working blocks can be selected according to the needs, with a minimum of three pieces and a maximum of 10 pieces. Two oil outlets, so the oil outlets of each distributor group are between 6-20, that is, each distributor group can provide 6-20 lubrication points. The data of model and specification list are selected. If a lubrication point needs a large or extra oil supply in one cycle of oil supply, you can use the method in Figure A3 to remove the closed screw inside the work block and add a screw plug to the oil outlet to make two oil outlets The amount of oil is combined into one oil outlet.

Note that the combined oil supply is the oil supply specified by the next work block model in the work block arrangement (see working principle diagram). If the combined oil supply of the two oil outlets still cannot meet the requirements, the method in Figure A4 can be used to add tee or two-way bridge joints to dry and thin oil lubrication to collect the oil quantities of several oil outlets to meet the needs .

5.Working principle

The oil in the right cavity of the plug "Ⅱ" is output from the oil outlet "1" through the right channel of the plunger "I". At the same time, the left channel of the plunger "II" is connected and the oil enters the plunger "Ⅲ"

In the left cavity, the plunger "Ⅲ" is pushed to the right, and the oil in the right cavity is output from the oil outlet "2" through the right channel of the plunger "II". At this time, the left channel of the plunger "Ⅲ" is turned on,

The oil enters the right cavity of the plunger "Ⅰ" (see Figure A1) and pushes the plunger "I" to the left. The oil in the left cavity of the plunger "I" passes through the right channel of the plunger "III" and is from the oil outlet.
