6.Instructions for use
1. It is recommended to use at most "two levels" in the system for lubricant distribution.
2. Drain ports 1 and 2 cannot be closed at all times.
3. Always use the original exhaust port and nozzle assembly.
4. When assembling, disassembling and changing the nozzle parts, start from the upper or lower part of each side.
5. If the discharge port is to be closed and recombined, and the lubricant quantity is changed (flow to the lower discharge port below), the grease nipple body must be removed and plugged with M10 × 1 screw plug as shown in the example below.
7.Troubleshooting and troubleshooting
A blockage has occurred in the equipment or in any of the connected bearings. First check whether the lubricating pump is working and whether the lubricant is given to the main distributor. The lubricant will overflow when the distributor's oil inlet connector is opened, proving that the distributor is the source of the fault. Connect the oil inlet connector and tighten it, then open the oil inlet connector of the bearing in turn, and the lubricant overflows, then this bearing is a blocked bearing.
When the dispenser becomes internally blocked, the dispenser should be replaced. In an emergency, the dispenser can be cleaned according to the following conditions.
1. Must have a clean working area.
2. Remove the inlet and outlet connectors.
3. Remove the screw plugs at the two ends of the piston hole.
4. Push out the piston with a soft mandrel (diameter less than 6mm, plastic rod if possible).
5. Blow and clean the dispenser body with compressed air.
6. Using a thin iron wire (Φ1.5mm), check the oblique hole of the flow channel in the distributor.
7. Clean and spray the dispenser body again.
8. Replace the copper gasket and reassemble the distributor.
9. Use a manual pump to check the newly assembled distributor. At this time, the starting pressure of the distributor cannot be higher than 2.5M Pa. If the starting pressure is higher than 2.5M Pa, the distributor should be replaced.
