I. Conditions of use

It is basically the same as GXYZ type A series, but the viscosity range of the working medium is N22 ～ N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22 ～ 460). In addition, the B series has high pressure and low pressure oil supply pressures of 31.5MPa and 0.4MPa, respectively. The low-pressure and high-pressure flows have increased greatly, as shown in the technical performance table below (high-pressure flows with large specifications are 40L / min and low-pressure flows are 315L / min).

The device consists of a gas station, an instrument panel, and an electric control cabinet (which can be controlled by a PLC).

II.Technical Parameters

 If B series is used, the high-pressure flow is 20L / min; the high-pressure is 31.5MPa, and the low-pressure oil supply pressure is 0.4MPa; and the low-pressure oil supply is 100L / min at the high (low) pressure thin oil station, using relays and contactors The control is marked as follows: GXYZ-B20 / 100

III.Structural features

The oil station is integrated, consisting of a fuel tank, two low-pressure oil pumps, one high-pressure oil pump, two double-cylinder mesh filters, a return magnetic filter device, a tubular oil cooler, various control valves, and pipes. And electrical contact pressure gauge, platinum thermal resistance and other components.

The working principle is basically the same as that of the A series; however, when the low-pressure oil of the B series is supplied after filtering and cooling, a part of the low-pressure oil for process lubrication passes through the bypass and then passes through a double-barrel filter before entering the suction port of the high-pressure pump. Improve the cleanliness level of high-pressure oil; however, it should be noted that when the actual pressure of the low-pressure oil supply is small (for example, less than 0.2MPa), because the latter filter also has a differential pressure loss (also gradually increases with time), in order to ensure the high-pressure oil pump For smooth inhalation, the suction port should always ensure positive pressure (it must also meet this requirement when the pressure difference before the filter is switched over is large); except for the large difference in flow rate and A series, the main feature (structural feature) is the high-pressure pump There is another filter in front of the mouthpiece.
