I. Conditions of use

This product is suitable for thin oil lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 0.6MP a. It has the function of removing impurities in the lubricating oil and making the oil supplied to the lubrication point clean. The small ones are integrated and the larger are combined. The filter cartridge is composed of a three-position six-way reversing valve. When working, one cartridge works and one cartridge is used for backup. The filter cartridge can be switched without stopping and the circulating lubrication system can work continuously.

VI.Working principle

1. This type of filter consists of a six-way reversing valve and two sets of filtering devices. It is placed at the outlet of the oil pump and the front of the cooler. During normal operation, one set of filtering devices is activated, and the other is closed by the reversing valve.

2. The valve disc type six-way reversing valve is manual. During the working process, the cut-off spare filter device communicates with the filter device in operation. The upper part of the process lubrication valve is marked with pass and stop.

3. There are two sets of filtering devices, one set works and one set is reserved. When the filtering device needs to be cleaned during work, another set of spare filtering devices can be started to work without affecting the normal work of the host.

VII.Instructions for use

1. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is ≥0.5kgf / cm2, it means that the filter element in the filter device has been blocked by mechanical impurities. The filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time, and the cylinder should also be cleaned.

2. During normal operation, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter should be ≤0.035MPa.
