The VSG-KR double-line distributor has oil inlets on the upper and lower sides. The distributor piston is discharged once from the upper and lower oil inlets when the piston moves forward and backward. A two-in-one oil discharge structure is provided in the corresponding upper and lower oil supply ports. To change the odd number of oil outlets, only the direction of the guide sleeve needs to be adjusted. You can also directly observe the working condition of the distributor from the action of the indicating rod, and at the same time, you can easily adjust the oil supply amount of each oil outlet within the specified range by adjusting the screws.

This type of distributor is suitable for a two-line dry oil centralized dry thin oil lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. Under the action of the alternate oil supply pressure of the two oil supply main pipes, the piston is directly controlled by the oil supply pressure to complete the function of quantitatively distributing grease to the lubrication points.

If the corresponding upper and lower outlets need to be combined, just rotate the guide sleeve in the hole by 90 °, and use the G1 / 4 screw plug to block the oil outlet that is not used above or below to prevent dust from entering.
